Key Responsibilities: • Lead civil & structural engineering design for FEED, Basic & Detailed Engineering projects • Oversee design of foundations, structures, pipe racks, buildings, and other plant infrastructure • Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and engineering deliverables • Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications • Coordinate with piping, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines for integrated design • Manage vendor interactions and review of structural drawings and documents • Support construction activities, site queries, and provide engineering solutions • Lead team members and ensure quality, schedule, and cost adherence Key Skills: • Strong knowledge of civil & structural design codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocodes) • Experience in foundation design, steel & RCC structures, and industrial facilities • Proficiency in analysis and design tools (STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, etc.) • Familiarity with EPC workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
