Key Responsibilities: Payroll Operations: Independently process monthly payroll, salary calculations, employee payouts and reconciliations. Statutory Compliance: Manage PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other payroll-related compliances, payments, MIS and coordination with external consultants. Payroll & HR MIS: Prepare monthly payroll, statutory and HR dashboards, reports and reconciliations. HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records, manage Keka HRIS updates, data integrity and system improvements. Compensation Analytics: Support salary structuring, compensation benchmarking, cost analysis and periodic reviews. HR Audits: Maintain audit-ready payroll and employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of observations. Must-have: Proven experience in independently running end-to-end payroll in-house, not merely coordinating with external payroll consultants. Strong Excel skills, statutory knowledge and attention to detail are essential. Communication in English and Hindi
