Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more of experience in foodservice. Ability to follow recipes, prep ingredients, and cook dishes to company standards. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure, maintain cleanliness, and practice proper food safety. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards. Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with set-up, stocking, and breakdown of main kitchen before and after events. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow all company policies, food safety protocols, and ServSafe guidelines. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and fellow staff. Qualifications: Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the stadium event schedule. Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle hot kitchen equipment. Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain prior to employment).
