For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepares, assembles, and serves food and beverage items according to company recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls. • Stocks concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, coolers, and storage areas with food, beverage, paper products, and supplies. • Maintains product quality and serving temperatures in accordance with food safety and HACCP standards. • Assists with setup, operation, and breakdown of concession locations before, during, and after events. • Delivers exceptional guest service and responds to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner. • Communicates guest concerns, operational issues, and product shortages to leadership. • Ensures concession areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout events. • Assists with inventory movement, restocking, and product transfers as needed. • Completes cleaning and sanitation duties, including workstations, service counters, equipment, and storage areas. • Safely operates equipment used in foodservice operations following company procedures. • Assists team members across concessions, premium, catering, and culinary operations when needed. • Follows all alcohol service guidelines, food safety regulations, and company policies. • Maintains a clean and professional appearance according to company standards. • Ensures compliance with all health, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements. • Performs other duties as assigned.
