About the Role Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. As a Coles Services Team Leader, you'll lead by example while working alongside your team to keep our stores clean, safe and welcoming. From collecting trolleys and completing cleaning tasks to coaching your team and maintaining high standards, you'll play an active role in delivering a great shopping experience every day. While this role is based in a primary store, it may also operate as a multi-site leadership position, providing hands-on leadership support, coaching and operational oversight across multiple stores within the region.
