Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Manager – S&OP Digitization Mahindra is a major Indian automotive manufacturer present across passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, and electric vehicle verticals and is currently working on an exciting multi-year Digital Transformation for their automotive division. The Manager – S&OP Digitization, will play an integral role in delivering on the objectives of this digital transformation program. Job Description: • Lead strategy, delivery and sustenance of key supply chain digital initiatives for the automotive division, including the Spares business unit • Define, document and align end-to-end business processes • Partner with business in driving process redesign and optimization efforts to improve the efficiency of business operations • Create technology and integration strategy best suited to meet target state business requirements • Lead engagement with technology providers, technical and business teams to drive the technology implementation in alignment with the business stakeholders • Actively collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to drive adoption of digitization programs • Formulate program construct and address roadblocks to drive timely delivery of transformation projects and own execution success • Lead change management through collaboration, conflict resolution and critical problem-solving abilities • Drive steerco meetings with project sponsors Experience • 10-12 years of industry or consulting experience across S&OP including business process design; Spares experience preferred • Hands on S&OP functional and transformational experience – planning, execution, transportation management and order fulfilment • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, supply chain planning & execution technologies • Experience working in large cross-functional teams in complex digital engagements • Technical aptitude to understand and integrate business strategies with technology to deliver value • Bachelors in Engineering; Master’s degree in supply chain operations preferable • Knowledge of automotive industry Industry Preferred Qualifications General Requirements Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
