Ltd Internal use only Training Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement training plans for sales teams, branch staff, and distribution partners. • Align training programs with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and product strategy. • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data and business inputs Content Development • Create engaging training content for life insurance products, sales processes, compliance, and soft skills. Delivery & Facilitation • Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees and intermediaries. • Ensure effective onboarding programs for new hires and agents. • Use blended learning approaches for maximum impact. Compliance & Certification • Ensure all training programs meet IRDAI guidelines for agent licensing and certification. • Maintain accurate training records and audit readiness. Performance Measurement • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business KPIs. • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
