Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 2548 Highway 10 NE in Mounds View, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals • Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards • Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance • Handle cash management and daily financial reporting • Hourly is $15-20/ hr DOE Qualifications • Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills • Proficiency in time management and multitasking • Customer service-oriented with a focus on creating positive experiences • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
