Roles & Responsibilities: • Perform SIT and end-to-end testing across consumer banking applications, APIs, and integrated systems • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing • Translate business requirements into BDD test scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin • Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright • Perform API testing to validate REST services, authentication, payloads, and integrations • Define and execute test strategies covering UI, API, and backend validations • Identify, track, and manage defects using Jira while working closely with development and business teams • Analyze application logs, test results, and system behavior to support issue investigation and root cause analysis • Support CI/CD pipelines through automated test execution, reporting, and release validation • Validate critical business processes, transaction flows, and system integrations. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in relevant • Experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation • Strong knowledge of BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin • Strong Selenium WebDriver experience with XPath, CSS Selectors, and Page Object Model (POM) • Hands-on experience with Playwright automation and modern web testing practices • Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Experience in API Testing using Postman and REST-based services • Good understanding of Functional, SIT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing • Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.
