This wonderful practice is looking to grow their busy program by adding 2 to 3 Urologists, which makes it an ideal situation for an incoming physician to hit the ground running. Hospital/Position: • Non-Profit Hospital, 411 Bed Regional Tertiary Care Center (Level 2). • Program is 4 x 10-hour days per week as standard. * Alternate schedules are available if desired. • 4 DaVinci Robots and available open block time for incoming physician. • Needs for Endourologist, URPS/FPMRS (or Female Urology Interest), and General Urologist with a broad skillset. All others are still encouraged to apply. • Strong compensation model with focus on quality outcomes and patient care. • Get out of the rat-race. Stop chasing patient encounter numbers and revenues.
