Responsibilities: • ENTHUSIASTIC, HIGH ENERGY, MOTIVATED, willing to WORK HARD, LEARN and ALWAYS put the CUSTOMER FIRST! • Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer • Effectively scheduling service appointments • Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction. • Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
