In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. • Help with medication reminders and health monitoring as directed by healthcare professionals. • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients. • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors. • Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines. Requirements • Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to follow instructions and work independently. • Reliable transportation to and from client homes. • Ability to pass a background check.
