The Company is recruiting for a Staff Accountant at our corporate headquarters in Nashville. The position involves full cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures • Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis • Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s asset managers • Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in accounting is required.
