The bank serves a vibrant local economy and sees significant opportunity to grow its commercial business. Commercial lending represents approximately 40% of the bank’s total loan portfolio, with a focus on commercial and industrial, CRE, and small business lending. The current largest commercial loan is $3.5 million. The commercial loan officer will be responsible for developing new business, managing and expanding existing customer relationships, and guiding commercial loan opportunities from initial conversation through approval, closing, and ongoing portfolio management.
