Job Summary/Description: POWERNATION Studios is seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is a strong opportunity to sell integrated, multi-platform sponsorship solutions across our POWERNATION Automotive Aftermarket shows - reaching audiences on digital, streaming, social, and broadcast. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who can uncover client goals, build compelling ideas, and deliver measurable results for both new and existing partners. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Develop new and non-traditional revenue through consistent, creative prospecting. * Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with brands and agencies. * Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and aligning solutions to outcomes. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated sponsorship strategies and campaigns. * Create and deliver dynamic presentations to small and large groups. * Provide a high level of customer service and post-sale support to drive renewals and long-term partnerships. * Consistently achieve assigned revenue goals and maintain accurate pipeline/activity reporting. Qualifications/Requirements: * Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers at all levels. * Demonstrated success selling integrated sponsorships (multi-platform preferred). * Experience working with both brands and agencies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). * 3+ years of related experience; college degree preferred. * Digital and/or broadcast media sales experience is a plus.
