ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: • Accurately and efficiently perform the daily BSA/AML audit, utilizing internal tracking software and all available casino information to ensure complete, property-wide adherence. • Review and research casino documentation for transactions that may result in the filing of SARs. • Prepare CTRs and SARs for review by the Compliance Manager/BSA Officer and timely filing. • Maintain accurate, detailed records and provide support to Compliance Manager/BSA Officer • Periodically audit events and procedures to ensure compliance with BSA and internal controls. • Investigate and assist in resolving issues of compliance for all areas of the casino to include Internal Audit. • Assists in reviewing processes and procedures to determine where improvement may be needed and effectiveness related to CSR’s, MICS, & Policy standards, • Assist in development of related internal controls, policies and procedures. • Perform various audits as required by MGCMICS. • Assist in monitoring employee compliance training programs. • Liaise as necessary with Internal/External Auditors, IRS and MGC personnel to ensure a courteous and professional relationship. • Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document transactions. • Assists in the compilation of reports for Missouri Gaming Control • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations within the area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
