Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Qualified applicants must be able to work 8:00 am -5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. This will be discussed in more detail in the interview. We are seeking a Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager - General Internal Medicine to: • Direct and evaluate the department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance. • Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates. • Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting Qualifications Clinic Manager Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field required Master's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field preferred RN Clinic Manager Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field preferred Work Experience Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience.
