• Provide overall leadership and management of the PackSys Global Division, including New Machine Sales, Field Service activities and Aftermarket/Customer Service sales. • Become a recognized market authority in the areas in which PackSys Global operates • Create and maintain technical and personal relations with the PackSys Global team in Switzerland. • Be a cultural bridge between the Swiss and US parts of the PackSys Global organization • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales growth, service excellence, and profitability goals. • Manage and direct the PackSys Global Service Department • Oversight of service scheduling, resource allocation, and field service operations. • Ensuring high-quality installation, maintenance, training, and technical support for customers. • Implementing service performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Recruiting, training, and developing service personnel. • Drive new machine, spare parts, and tooling sales for the PackSys Global division. • Oversee aftermarket sales including retrofits, inspections, spare parts, and training programs. • Foster strong relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring responsive communication and high levels of satisfaction. • Collaborate with the executive team on long-term growth strategies, market development, and investment planning. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews for the division. • Represent Brueckner Group USA and the PackSys Global brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements. • Other duties as required. • 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, service, and operations within capital equipment, packaging, or industrial machinery industries. • Demonstrated success in leading sales and, ideally, service organizations. • Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies. • Strong business acumen, with experience in P&L responsibility. • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across functions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; SAP or ERP knowledge is a plus. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. • Knowledge of German language an advantage but not required. • Modern office building and equipment • Versatile development opportunities • Exciting and fast-paced company
