Job Description This Superintendent role focuses on managing small-scale renovation and maintenance projects within active healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, and retail environments. Typical projects include flooring replacements, finish updates, minor roof repairs, and other light construction work. The Superintendent coordinates day-to-day jobsite activities, ensures compliance with healthcare facility requirements, and serves as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, internal teams, and on-site staff. The role does not require heavy commercial construction experience, but it does require strong organization, clear communication, and a solid understanding of working in sensitive, occupied environments where safety, cleanliness, and minimal disruption are essential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portage, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
