The work model for the role is onsite in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Please note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. Candidates are expected to manage their own commuting arrangements. You will be mainly accountable for: • Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to support ABB’s product portfolio through development, launch, and customer adoption. • Assist with product launch planning and execution, including gathering and analyzing customer feedback through ABB’s voice-of-customer platform, Aha! • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to incorporate customer needs into product strategy, technical enablement, and launch activities. • Develop technical and customer-facing resources, including implementation guides, application notes, training materials, and user documentation. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify product deployment, enhance launch readiness, and improve the overall customer experience. Qualifications for the role: • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration at an accredited institution in the United States. • Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality. • Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
