Interim Director of FP&A We are hiring for an Interim Director of FP&A to support our client in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who can step in quickly, partner closely with the CFO and stabilize the function after an unexpected resignation. The Interim Director of FP&A will own core forecasting and modeling work, deliver actionable insights for the business and help guide decision-making in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities - Lead interim FP&A support, stepping in quickly to maintain continuity and performance for the business - Partner directly with the CFO to provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations - Build and maintain hands-on financial models to support planning and decision-making - Manage and support 1 direct report, ensuring clear priorities and timely deliverables - Contribute in a CPG/manufacturing environment, supporting finance needs tied to operations and performance Qualifications - CPG or manufacturing company experience - Manager, Senior Manager or Director-level experience within a $100M–$200M revenue organization - Strong, hands-on financial modeling experience - Experience operating in a high-accountability environment with senior stakeholder exposure (including CFO partnership) - Comfort working in an on-site environment in Elk Grove Village, Illinois Key Details - Employment Type: Contract - Compensation: $80 – $85 per hour - Benefits: Our consultants are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision benefits. - Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois - Work Model: On-site Ready to take the next step in your career?
