The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications: • PharmD Pharmacy Doctorate Or • Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy • Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered • Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable Preferred Qualifications: • 1 year Acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience. • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
