Qualifications • Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience • Valid Class A CDL required • Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements • SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion Pay & Home Time • Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500 • CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty • Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out) • 34–48 hour reset at home • Consistent miles and predictable scheduling • Steady year-round freight Freight & Equipment • Dry van freight • 100% no-touch freight • Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload • Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable) • Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment Additional Benefits • Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour • Up to $2,000 401(k) match available • Paid vacation • Paid holidays (8 days per year) • Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance
