You will run disciplined prospecting cadences, perform discovery, and progress opportunities through the funnel. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements • 5+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales. • Demonstrated quota-carrying success in field sales. • Knowledge of consultative selling and opportunity qualification (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in CRM usage. Desirable Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Sales training or certifications in discovery and negotiation. Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $190,000 - $246,000 (Base + Commissions).
