Key Accountabilities: • Structuring, drafting, finalizing and executing contracts and related documents. • Providing general corporate advisory to management keeping in line with the business of the company. • Statutory and contractual compliance. • Strategic orientation and perseverance to deal with litigation. • Liaise with external counsels for Legal opinions and expert advice. • Provide monthly reports and scheduled MIS. Key Performance Indicators: • Well worse with key legal & business concepts and protecting company’s interest. • Accurate and timely advise. • Delivery in desired timeline. • Clarity of concepts, set expectation of delivery and working towards desired results. • Accurate reporting of facts and persistent efforts to meet internal deadlines. • Update on running and closed assignments for the period.
