A day in the life of a F&B Attendant: • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one. • Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day. • Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable. • From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember. Inherent requirements: • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
