The client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Epic Patient Access Consultant with deep expertise spanning Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central (GC). As a key member of our healthcare technology consulting practice, you will drive complex implementations, patient access transformations, and front-end revenue cycle optimizations for major healthcare provider organizations. We are looking for an expert who can independently analyze workflows, configure sophisticated scheduling, registration, and admission/transfer/discharge (ADT) structures, and partner closely with client leadership to optimize front-end revenue integrity and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Integration: Lead the system configuration, build, and integration setup for Epic Cadence (scheduling), Prelude (patient registration/insurance verification), and Grand Central (ADT/tracking) modules.
•
Requirements & Functional Specifications: Identify and define detailed product requirements, use cases, and high-level functional specifications to align technology capabilities with operational goals.

•
Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory: Serve as a key intermediary among client stakeholders, the Epic team, and Accenture technical leads to ensure a shared understanding of system capabilities, limitations, and data requirements.
•
Leadership & Knowledge Transfer: Act as a senior subject matter expert, guiding client teams through change management, mentoring junior analysts, and sharing best practices across the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
•
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on healthcare IT experience specializing as an Epic Analyst.
•
Current, active certifications in Epic Cadence, Epic Prelude, and Epic Grand Central.
•
Proven track record of delivering successful Epic implementations, optimizations, or upgrades within large hospital networks, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), or complex health systems.
•
Comprehensive understanding of front-end revenue cycle operations, patient registration, scheduling templates, real-time eligibility (RTE), and bed tracking/ADT workflows.
