Job Details: The Clinical Contracting Position will provide global clinical trial agreement drafting, negotiation and execution support to the clinical contracting team of the Legal Department in support of the companies clinical trial pipeline. The role will also provide administrative support to the team as needed. · Assist and participate as needed in internal and external stakeholder meetings. · Assist in implementing and managing reporting of analytics and metrics with regard to clinical agreements. · Assist in data management of data points from the review and filing of emails in central email inbox. · Assist in organization and filing of clinical agreements and relevant amendments in SharePoint. · Assist in management and tracking of execution process of high volume of clinical agreements from initial preparation through to execution (including DocuSign and hard copy, where applicable). Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned, to support the clinical contracting team. Skills Minimum of five years experience in drafting and negotiation of high volume of US and Ex-US clinical trial agreements, and contract management. *Superior analytical skills *Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). *Demonstrated adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment. *Willingness to lean in, collaborate and take directio *Ability to work in a team environment and assist others, as needed. Education JD degree and up to date bar admittance and current license Minimum of five years experience in drafting and negotiation of high volume of US and Ex-US clinical trial agreements, and contract management.
