Job Description • Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a warm and professional manner. • Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries. • Ensure smooth coordination with the service team during daily operations. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. • Provide personalized service in accordance with hotel standards. • Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary. • Promote restaurant offerings and support upselling opportunities. • Ensure compliance with grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
