The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Manager – Chief Financial Officer (Level M) for the Space Communications Programs and Ground Systems Portfolios located on-site in El Segundo, California. This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Position Responsibilities: • Manages employees and mid-level managers from more than one finance business management job family and/or other business function • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher • 5+ years of experience in a finance-related management or leadership role Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Master’s Degree • Experience with earned value management (EVM) • Ability to Obtain U.S. TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) • Experience with estimating, cost accounting and cost reduction • Experience with financial planning and scheduling • Contract management experience Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
