Your new role * Build, test, and deploy fraud rules in SIT environments to support project delivery. * Validate fraud decision engine data, outputs, and new data point implementation. * Investigate issues using OpenSearch and Splunk, and support SIT testing and troubleshooting. * Review suspected fraud cases and manage referrals to Group Investigations. * Contribute to fraud and scam prevention strategies through rule optimization and data-driven insights. * Drive improvements in detection accuracy, loss prevention, and customer outcomes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. What will you bring * Over 7 years in Fraud Operations and related domain * Over 1 year experience in analytics or reporting functions * Proven exposure and interest in database analysis, reporting and application programming (including, but not limited to PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Java). * Should be comfortable working in 24x7 environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * SQL coding, python coding fraud rules. * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
