This position partners with the RegionalManager to develop a high-performing team, achieve sales and operational goals, and foster a positive,collaborative culture.The Assistant Manager leads and coaches Front Bar Receptionists, manages scheduling and inventory,supports local marketing initiatives, and serves as Manager on Duty as needed.
