• Workday Implementer Security Administrator • 5 years of relevant Workday security administration experience • Configure and maintain Workday security groups domains and business process security policies • Design and implement role based security models aligned with business requirements • Manage user provisioning deprovisioning and role assignments • Troubleshoot and resolve security related issues and access requests • Perform periodic security audits and access reviews • Partner with HR Payroll Finance IT Compliance and Internal Audit teams • Translate business requirements into secure Workday solutions • Provide guidance on Workday security best practices • Strong understanding of system release management • Able to define own the overall Security Strategy define the governance to maintain security across the Workday platform over time • Expert in setting up new tenant and doing security updates in bulk Mandatory : • Required Certifications • Workday Pro Security Certification or equivalent certification necessary to have • Implementers role access in Workday • Workday HCM Certification preferred for security administrators supporting Core HCM • Completion of Workday Security Fundamentals training
