Visionix USA is looking for a Field Service Representative to support advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and surrounding areas, and occasionally other areas of the United States. Requirements You'll work with advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment used by eye care professionals — installing, repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in the field. What You'll Do · Install, repair, and maintain medical and ophthalmic equipment. · Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. · Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. · Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues. · Manage parts, tools, and service inventory. · Document service activities and maintain accurate service records. · Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory, with occasional nationwide travel. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a technically skilled, hands-on problem solver with a strong background in field service and equipment troubleshooting. Required Qualifications · 6–10 years of field service experience. · Minimum of 5 years of hands-on biomedical equipment experience. · Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical devices. Related Experience That Can Be Valuable · Industrial equipment service and repair. · Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. · Military technical or equipment maintenance experience. · Technical support and customer-facing service roles. No ophthalmic experience? No problem. We'll provide training on our equipment and technology.
