Qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license High school education preferred 2 years experience in related field. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Essential Job Functions: Build various structures requiring the use of various materials. Organize fire drills, maintain records of fire drills, check all extinguishers and assist Fire Marshall with inspections. Do minor plumbing repairs such as, replacing and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines.  Follow established performance standards and performs duties according to maintenance policies and procedures. Make environmental rounds routinely and initiate corrective action as necessary. Supervise maintenance department personnel.
