This role is responsible for the details and cleanliness of the golf cart fleet, be sure carts are full of gas or charged, and supplies are accurately stocked. You will provide unparalleled service to our members and guests.    Responsibilities Supervise daily team activities to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule Assign tasks and coordinate schedules to maintain appropriate staffing and coverage Train, coach, and support employees on job responsibilities, procedures, and service expectations Ensure team members follow company policies, safety procedures, and workplace expectations Respond to issues and escalated concerns, referring matters to management as needed Greet and welcome players Stage carts in proper staging area prepared to service players as they arrive Detail staged carts in the morning as needed Be attentive and “ready” to service the member/guest at bag drop Remove golf bags from vehicles or storage room and load onto carts Wash range balls and towels daily Retrieve range balls from lake, wash and store Remove bags from carts and return to either the member’s/guest’s vehicle or storage area Return carts to storage area removing towels, pencils, score cards, tees, trash, etc. from carts and reuse appropriate items Wash and detail carts before parking to charge overnight Properly plug carts in for charging for the night  Disclaimer This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. Qualifications: High School Diploma Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate team workloads Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately Independent worker with strong work ethic  Excellent communication/relational service skills Golf experience or knowledge of the game preferred Must have professional presentation and strong customer service/interpersonal skills   Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance. Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks. Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors). Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
