What You'll Do • Welcome customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process. • Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle symptoms, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs. • Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally. • Coordinate with technicians and the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently. • Keep customers informed of vehicle status, additional recommendations, and completion times. • Review repair orders and ensure accuracy before closing out customer visits. • Build lasting customer relationships through trust, transparency, and excellent service. • Identify maintenance and repair opportunities that help customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable. • Maintain a positive, organized, and professional service experience for every customer. What We're Looking For • Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred. • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders. • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to honesty and professionalism. • Ability to work effectively with technicians, service management, and other team members. • Motivation to meet performance goals while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
