Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BCBA, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, master’s degree in qualifying field) Western NY Hourly Pay Range: $32-$35 Shift: Monday-Friday, hybrid schedule. People Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist to support people with developmental and intellectual disabilities through person-centered, trauma informed behavioral services. If you are a BCBA, LMHC, LCSW, or masters level clinician who wants to focus on meaningful behavioral work this role offers collaboration, stability, and impact. What You’ll Do: You will serve as the clinical lead for behavioral supports within assigned programs. Your work will directly improve quality of life outcomes for people served.
