Job Description As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in NEEDHAM, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Security Officer at a residential hospitality location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and facility needs. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri08:00 PM - 08:00 AMSat08:00 PM - 08:00 AMSun08:00 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. • Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain a professional presence, and help support a welcoming environment for residents and guests. • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. • Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal leadership and site management. Minimum Requirements: • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • Access control and badge experience is preferred. • Alarm panel experience is preferred. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
