We are hiring a full-time or part-time physician assistant for our nocturnist role. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively on overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: • Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center. • Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community. Qualifications: • Board certified/eligible physician assistant. • Active California license preferred. • Must have at least one year of experience working as a hospitalist PA and have been a hospitalist PA within the last 24 months. • Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. • Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: • Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on/7-days-off rotation. • Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Key Responsibilities: • Our night clinician will perform admissions in addition to cross coverage. • No procedures required. • Work alongside other nocturnist physicians and advanced practice providers. • Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a physician assistant who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs. • Utilize Epic EMR.
