A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: • Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 14 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners with the support of a practice coordinator and clinical performance nurse at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital. • We take pride in our relationship with the hospital and are involved in committees ranging from CHF to mortality. • We meet monthly for team meetings and internal staff meetings. These are intended to update the team on hospital or group initiatives, discuss barriers, and highlight providers making a difference. • We proudly support both H1 and J1 Visa Candidates who can take advantage of Sound’s excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered by Sound. Qualifications: • Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. • New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply. Scheduling: • Our nocturnists work a 7 on / 7 off rotation. The shifts are 7 pm - 7 am. Key Responsibilities: • We welcome the challenge of complex cases.
