Local Team Collaboration: • Join our local team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director. • We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in addition to Hospital medicine. • Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement. • Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports. Qualifications: • Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience. • Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist back up. • Active WA license Flexible Scheduling: • Flexible PRN scheduling is available. Key Responsibilities: • Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support. • Candidates must be comfortable with vent management, but are not required to do procedures.
