Qualifications: • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program. • Board certification as a CRNA. • Active license or ability to become licensed in California. • A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Authorized to work in the United States. Flexible Scheduling: • Flexible scheduling is available. • PRN shifts are Monday – Friday and consist of 10-hrs & 12-hrs (potential to include 14-hrs). Key Responsibilities: • Independently provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients in a hospital environment, servicing a variety of surgical procedures in the Main OR. • Manage all aspects of anesthesia delivery, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care. • Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthetic plans as clinically indicated. • Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
