Qualifications: • Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. • Minimum of one year in hospital medicine as a leader in an associate medical director or director-level role. • We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required visa filing fees are covered by Sound. Scheduling: • A combination of clinical and administrative time. • 10 clinical shifts per month, and 60 hours a month of protected administrative time. Key Responsibilities: • Provide oversight and leadership to a team of seasoned providers. • Collaborate with both Sound Physicians leaders, as well as hospital leaders, in meeting key goals in care delivery and quality metrics.
