To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Title: SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management / Time Tracking Consultant Location Requirements: Remote Job Type: Contract Role Overview: You will support a compliance initiative for employees working in Mexico by configuring and adjusting SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking rules. You will assess the current configuration, implement changes, validate impacts on time entry and approvals, and ensure accurate data flow to payroll. You must have hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting skills, and be able to deliver within a fixed deadline. Responsibilities: • Implement or adjust EC Time Tracking configuration to meet Mexico labor law requirements effective 01/01/2027 • Configure and maintain EC Time foundational elements: work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and time recording profiles • Configure time tracking calculations, including overtime, double time, and shift premiums • Build and maintain time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows • Replicate and troubleshoot time data flow from EC to ECP for payroll accuracy • Activate and adjust time management settings in Provisioning as needed • Support testing and validation of configuration changes for compliance and payroll readiness • Provide implementation support and troubleshooting during go-live and stabilization To Apply for this Job Click Here Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
