To Apply for this Job Click Here Job: Full Stack Software Engineer (Customer Care Technology) Location: Nearshore Job Type: Contract What We Are Looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our clients Customer Care Technology Team, responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of applications and related integrations. This role partners with technical and business teams to deliver new features and enhancements through iterative development and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and deploy frontend components (hands-on). • Decompose complex problems into simple, scalable, maintainable solutions. • Apply industry best practices in technology, process, and design. • Support innovation through rapid prototyping and continuous delivery to production. • Collaborate to identify, isolate, and resolve software malfunctions. • Ensure solutions follow best practices and remain reliable, maintainable, and scalable under sustained load. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • 5-10 years of professional or academic software development experience including building, deploying, and testing front-end applications, APIs, and microservices. • Experience with React, Node/Express.js, and Java (Spring Boot). • Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and deliver quality code. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in e-commerce and/or customer service technology. • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins. • Experience with automated testing tools.
