To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Title: Sr Collibra Administrator Location Requirements: Remote Job Type: Contract to Hire Role Overview: Support data governance initiatives by managing and optimizing governance tools. Develop and deliver training on tool usage, configuration, and best practices. Monitor and report on adoption metrics and ROI. Maintain tool performance, security, and role management. Lead user support across key use cases like lineage, data quality, profiling, and impact analysis. Collaborate with analysts to align tools with business needs. Promote data privacy, protection, and compliance through effective tool utilization. Ensure internal training on tool use, configuration, and procedures to increase adoption and ROI. Educate team members on tool roadmaps and best practices. Manage roles and security configurations. Keep tools updated, maintained, and efficiently utilized. Assist with crawling, profiling, lineage, data quality rules, impact analyses, sensitivity and DLP scanning. Train analysts on the tools and ensure data protection and privacy are enhanced through proper use. Responsibilities: • Support data governance initiatives and tool management • Develop and deliver training on governance tools • Monitor adoption metrics and ROI, report findings • Maintain tool performance, configuration, updates, security, and role management • Lead user support for key use cases (lineage, data quality, profiling, impact analysis) • Partner with analysts to meet business use case needs • Promote data privacy and compliance through tool use • Ensure internal training and adherence to procedures for increased adoption • Manage roles and security settings within governance tools • Keep tools updated, configured, and efficiently utilized • Assist with crawling, profiling, lineage, and impact analysis tasks • Conduct training to improve tool proficiency among analysts Required Qualifications: • 10 years of Data Governance System Administration experience • 5 years of experience in data management, including data governance, business intelligence, and data warehousing • Collibra experience (not just user level) • Linux application administration experience • Experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Teradata, or Oracle Exadata • Highly technical background with emphasis in software development or application integration (APIs and Middleware) • Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense) • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools • Strong SQL skills; scripting or programming experience preferred To Apply for this Job Click Here Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
