Job Summary Employee Health RN – Phoenixville Hospital Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. No weekends or holidays required Phoenixville Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is looking for a consistent weekday schedule while continuing to make a meaningful impact in a hospital setting. The Employee Health RN helps support the health, safety, and well-being of employees, students, and team members across Phoenixville Hospital and other Tower Health entities. What You’ll Do The Employee Health Services RN provides occupational health services that help employees remain healthy, safe, and able to perform their work responsibilities. Responsibilities include: • Evaluating and supporting employees following workplace injuries or health concerns • Providing follow-up care for bloodborne pathogen exposures • Managing follow-up related to communicable disease exposures • Supporting employee health screenings and required clearances • Maintaining accurate employee health documentation • Educating employees regarding workplace health and safety • Collaborating with hospital leaders, infection prevention, and other departments • Ensuring services are provided in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Why Join Us? • Monday through Friday daytime schedule • No weekend or holiday requirements • Generous paid time off • Tuition assistance • Comprehensive medical and wellness benefits • Tower Advance Pay, providing access to earned wages throughout the pay period • Employee Assistance Program • Retirement Savings Program • Life insurance and additional employee benefits #PHX #LI-AH1 #IND123 Qualifications Education • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Completion and maintenance of all required competencies and training for the role Experience • Relevant registered nursing experience required • Occupational health, employee health, emergency department, infection prevention, or ambulatory nursing experience is preferred Licensure and Certifications • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license • Current BLS certification Skills and Qualifications • Strong clinical assessment and follow-up skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service approach • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems • Strong team player with the ability to work independently Overview Tower Health, a regional healthcare system, serves communities across multiple counties in Pennsylvania.
