Qualifications and responsibilities for this Underground Construction Superintendent position include: • 10+ years of construction experience with strong underground construction background. • Oversee underground construction projects across the Summerville area; typically manage 3-5 active jobs. • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and jobsite priorities. • Review underground layouts, dimensions, and field conditions to support accurate installation. • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. • Communicate regularly with project managers and field teams; track progress and help resolve field issues. • Support schools, hospitals, universities, manufacturing facilities, and larger commercial builds. • Use Procore for basic project documentation and communication. Salary: $30-$40/hr, depending on experience.
