In this Structural Steel Estimator opportunity, you’ll help win and deliver projects by producing accurate, competitive bids for incoming opportunities. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Steel Estimator position include: • Structural steel estimating experience • Prepare estimates for structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects • Review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements • Develop accurate material, labor, fabrication, and installation cost estimates • Work with internal teams to confirm scope, schedule, and project requirements • Communicate with clients, GCs, developers, and manufacturers as needed • Support bid preparation and follow-up on incoming opportunities • Identify risks, exclusions, clarifications, and value-engineering opportunities Salary: $75,000 base plus commission; commission potential up to $200,000.
